Hey there! For the purpose of being able to speak openly and freely about my weight-loss journey, I chose to remain anonymous. However, I provide some background about my genetics, health conditions, and weight-loss history in my post Who Am I?. I may choose to post progress pictures sometime in the future.

Long story short, I am just a millennial attempting to lose weight, this time with a Ketogenic / Low-Carb, High-Fat diet. I am based in a Chicago suburb, and I spend my days mostly working, meal planning, or involved in some “creative” hobby outlet, such as drawing, painting, sewing, crocheting or reading.

I took to blogging as I thought it’d be the perfect way of recording my journey, and hopefully find people in my same position, willing to connect and share the struggle 😊

I will be posting a weekly update every Monday which will include a breakdown of the foods I ate for the week, mood and overall mental state, and well, obviously and most importantly, the weight-loss results!
